Hitcheed Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the stated policies without prior notice. Do note that this furniture rental platform is exclusively ONLY for participating vendors of Hitcheed's curated events.

Product Handling

• The vendor assumes full responsibility of the rented furniture during the full intended rental period.
• The vendor must handle the rented furniture carefully and report any misuse or damage to the organiser.
• Affixing items onto rented furniture requires the organiser's approval and should not tarnish the furniture's quality.
• The vendor is fully liable for costs due to negligent damage or loss of rented furniture and must return the furniture in its original condition when it was delivered to them.
• Lost or damaged furniture will incur additional 100% charge.
• Hitcheed Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any order if the product is unavailable or out of stock in the warehouse.

Cancellation

• No cancellation and refund is allowed.

Replacement of Wrong Order

• In the event of wrong item(s) handed over, the organiser will arrange for the replacement of the correct item(s) to the vendor within the set up hours on set up day or in the morning of the actual day before the event starts.
